Today’s game is about speed and quickness. If your players do not have it, then they are at a disadvantage and so is your program. We value on-court basketball speed and I continue to invest in Rob and True AP because they provide viable results. The results have been worth the investment.
Your athlete will improve their vertical jump by at least 3 inches and increase their sprint speed by 1 mph within 30 sessions — guaranteed. If not, we’ll continue training them for free until they achieve those results. No other program offers this level of commitment and accountability.
