I agree to the following terms, conditions and policies regarding the payment policies and attendance of each party involved while team is a client of True Athlete Performance (TrueAP)
Team is required to PREPAY for all schedule training sessions, unless otherwise noted above.

A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required if the team is unable to attend a scheduled training session (emergencies will be handled individually)

If the team as a whole, without this prior notice, misses a scheduled appointment, TrueAP will be compensated for the full amount of the training session. Individuals who miss a designated team workout must resume during the next team workout; It is their responsibility to contact TrueAP for Make Up Sessions.

If a TrueAP trainer, without this prior notice, misses a scheduled appointment, then a free session will be issued to the team.

All payments will be made with check (payable to TrueAP) or major credit card and a receipt can be issued upon request.

All pre-paid training sessions are non-refundable with the exception of medical or health complications.
